Glacier Lagoon, known as Jökulsárlón in Icelandic, is one of the most famous and breathtaking natural wonders in Iceland. Located in the southeastern part of the country, near Vatnajökull National Park, Jökulsárlón is a large glacial lake filled with icebergs that have broken off from the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, an outlet of the massive Vatnajökull glacier.
