Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by ICtravel. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed when a payment has been received and a confirmation email sent to you. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

Cancellation and Refunds
For customer cancellations, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be refunded. ICtravel reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Liability
It is recommended that customers have valid travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings. ICtravel is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour. Customers participate in activities at their own risk.
Health and Safety. Customers should ensure they are in good health and physically able to participate in the tour activities. Customers must adhere to all safety instructions provided during the tour. Failure to do so may result in termination of the tour without refund.

Behavior
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during the tour. ICtravel reserves the right to remove any customer behaving inappropriately. Any damage caused by a customer to property or equipment will be charged to the customer.

Privacy
ICtravel collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent. ICtravel reserves the right to use photographs taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the tour.

Complaints
Any complaints should be directed to ICtravel via email at ICtravel@ICtravel. We will endeavor to resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.

Governing Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
